The parish of St. Mary the Virgin is located in the Blackburn Hamlet area and is home to people from the communities of Blackburn Hamlet, Orleans, Navan, Chapel Hill, Bradley Estates and the City of Ottawa. St. Mary's has served the community in three different centuries, creating a rich and evolving history. The activities and programs at St. Mary's are guided by a community vision statement: Be as Christ Today! Our Community Seeks to Make Christ Known by Serving a World in Need.
